Bella’tini

When you really need to unwind, nothing quite hits the spot like a Bella’tini.

 

Prep it.

 


PER SERVING YOU’LL NEED:

  • 60ml chilled Bella

  • 60ml chilled Broken Heart Gin

  • 30ml chilled blanc vermouth

  • ice cubes

  • stone-in Sicilian Castelvetrano olives, to garnish (optional)

  • cocktail picks, for your olives, if using

 

Build it.

 


Place your glasses in the freezer to chill for 30 minutes. If you’re tight for time, we like to quickly rinse the glasses with water, then place them, wet, in the freezer for 5 minutes. Don’t do this with super-fine crystal or it will break.

Place Bella, gin, and vermouth in a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes and stir until mixture is completely chilled and evenly incorporated.

Use a cocktail strainer to strain the martini into your chilled glasses and garnish with cocktail picks and olives, if using.

 

Sip it.

 


Drink up — this one tastes best icy cold.
